People often tell us that we are crazy...
We believe we are just crazy enough to take some bold steps.
In 2017 & 2018, we developed 'io games' reaching tens of millions of players all organically without any marketing spend.
In February 2019, we stepped into hypercasual games and built our strategy around developing everything in-house from our games to growth technologies. We doubled our revenues every year since then, and have become one of the top global hypercasual producer/publishers.
In March 2020, we were forced into working from home and decided to become really good at it. Since then, we had a number of new members, and they all have a strong sense of Alictus culture from day one.
Our culture unlocks the true potential in each of us.
In June 2021, we paid out $600k in bonuses to our 30 people team through a bonus pool scheme based on yearly company goals. This is how we celebrate our achievements as a true team running towards ambitious goals.
Alictus is on a path to become the powerhouse of game and tech creation in Turkey gathering the top talent together.
